3. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Identity and contact data — name, company name, work email, phone number.
- Enquiry details — country or project location, request type, message content, and any other information you choose to provide.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, date and time of access, and similar server log data.

4. Sources of data
- Directly from you — when you complete the contact form, email us, or call.
- Automatically — when you browse the website, through server logs and essential technical cookies.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals | Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in handling business requests |
| Performing rental, leasing, or management agreements | Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract |
| Website security, fraud prevention, and error logging | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in secure operation |
| Processing contact-form submissions where consent is requested | Art. 6(1)(a) — consent (you may withdraw at any time) |
6. Retention
- Enquiries not leading to a contract: up to 24 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Contract-related records: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required by Hungarian accounting, tax, and civil law.
- Server logs: typically up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigations.
When retention periods end, we delete or anonymise data where possible.
7. Recipients and processors
We may share personal data with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as:
- website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email and communication service providers;
- IT support and security providers.
These providers are bound by data-processing agreements or equivalent safeguards where required. We do not sell personal data.
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or competent authority.
8. International transfers
Our primary operations are in Hungary and the European Economic Area. If we use providers located outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) before transferring data.
9. Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data in certain circumstances;
- restrict processing;
- data portability, where applicable;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Providing contact details is necessary to respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide required form fields, we may be unable to process your request. Other fields are optional unless stated otherwise.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for basic operation and security (for example, load balancing or session integrity). These do not require consent under applicable EU rules.
If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before non-essential cookies are placed.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.
